Fairy tales do not tell children dragons exist. Children already know the dragons exist. Fairy tales tell children the dragons can be killed.

Therapeutic Gaming

Therapeutic gaming allows individuals to explore and understand themselves in an environment where they can belong, have fun, practice clinical skills, and create resilience under the care of a registered therapist.

Play is not just for children; in fact, our subconscious worries are often more easily tackled through storyline and metaphor. Inner healing can often be accessed by using play to practice our skills and face our fears.

Minecraft (Individual)

Individual therapeutic Minecraft sessions with Beth are an excellent option for those who may struggle with social anxiety and are comfortable in the Minecraft world. Both java and bedrock options are available. Beth will connect with you via our secure portal for voice chat and then help you log into her private server for your 50 minute appointment. What you do from there is up to you!

Tabletop RPG (Individual)

Individual therapeutic TTRPG sessions with Beth are a great way to explore and develop greater understanding of your own personal values as well as practice and nurture your healthier self. In role-playing games, we get to practice being our brave self in a way that doesn't have grand real-world repercussions. The in-game practice allows us easier access to that favourite-self in real-life situations.
